What are neurons?
Neurons are the cells that make up the nervous system, governing all aspects of life and human activity, from breathing and digesting food to run and remember. Each neuron consists of a central body called pirenóforo, which has within it the kernel, and has in its outer part a series called dendrites, and axon. The first exit from the cell body and varicose look like. The axon also originates from the cell body in the form of a cone of emergency, and ends at the point of contact with the dendrites of other cells. This meeting point is called the synapse. The information is transmitted through electrical impulses that release chemical transmitters, such as norepinephrine or acetylcholine, among others, and move the message from one cell to another.
