Is the systematic use of violence to instill fear among public authorities, social organizations or individuals to achieve goals that in many cases, are political in nature. In general, terrorism is practiced by clandestine organizations, although cases of terrorist campaigns unleashed by isolated individuals. Governments themselves can launch terror policies. In this case, it is called state terrorism. Although certain ideologues have defended terrorism as a form of action to block the most serious evils in general the international community to condemn these methods coincide.
